Windows 10: Windows Cumulative updates cannot be installed to my laptop.

Since May 30th 2019, my laptop has currently failed to install KB4503293, KB4507453, and KB4512508(all three for 0x80070003). Whenever it goes to update, up to 30% gets completed, and then it shuts down to say that it failed to update. Neither system nor windows have ever told me why.


I used other services like Microsoft update catalog and it still fails. This laptop is avoiding updates at all costs - and the message 'update unsuccessful' that pops up when I turn on this laptop instantly makes me depressed.


Mind that other updates are installed fine, though .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.8 often fail.


Windows version is Windows 10 Home 1903, 18362.145.

Computer spec: i5-8250u, MX150 2gb, 8gb ram. Licensed windows.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
