Windows 10: Windows deactivated following 24H2 update

last month I was forced to update Windows. One of these overnight experiences. Since then I am getting a message to Activate Windows a watermark on the screen. It doesn't accept the original product key which I found through the cmd prompt; I tried to reinstall the update which initially made the watermark disappear, but a few days later it reappeared. I have the Microsoft 365 Business Premium version

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
