Windows 10: Windows deactivated, no internet, troubleshoot not running

The issue is on my laptop.

So I woke up in the morning and windows suddenly becomes not activated, at the same time my internet button disappeared - no internet at all.

I tried to run troubleshoot but turns out the diagnostic policy service somehow is not running.

What is happening?

I would suggest you to run Internet Connectivity troubleshooter:





Try the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”
  
• 
  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
