    Windows Default Programs all screwed up


    So, because of certain programs I use (and general laziness) I continue to use both Windows 7 and Windows 10. After a bit on 7, I booted back to Windows 10, ran some updates, started doing some stuff. I then just went to open calculator, and what popped up in the start menus was "ms-resource:AppName". I was concerned.

    I then went into add or remove program, saw the list in the attached screenshot, and was VERY CONCERNED. It seems that literally everything that's a default Windows program is popping up as "@microsoft."something. I don't want to just start undoing updates or reinstalling things randomly because I honestly can't say what caused this to happen, personally.

    Is anyone else familiar with this? I'd rather avoid having to completely reinstall 10 if I can get away with it, but something got very borked.
