Windows 10: Windows defender 0x6d9 and error 5

    When I click the use recommended settings it just loads for a second, and then nothing happens. On the services I already did the guide https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-could-not-start-the-windows-firewall-on/9b8a5f47-09ed-4a6b-a88e-24ad087d8764 but it doesn't work what should I to do

    Firewall defender failed to load snap in error 0x6d9

    Hello all

    I have tried EVERYTHING that I could find posted on the web of how to fix error code 0x6D9

    system restore (5 times with different restore entries)
    sfc
    dsim
    change registry entries
    Root killer
    made new user account
    malware
    adwcleaner
    Ccleaner
    services restart (but all properties to restart defender are greyed out)
    Deleting programs (maybe the installed their own firewall?)
    the only thing I havent done is to 'reset my computer' (does reset delete all my apps?)

    Any advice and or help PLEASE
