Windows 10: Windows Defender 0x80508014 error to recover network files

Hi. First of all i have many questions about that. 1. Why is Windows Defender not able to restore network files? It could not be an coding problem. I mean why you cant write the code of that defender so, that original content could be recoverd on which position of the local drive you want? So why you dont do that? Or also an simple time extender field to set the 30day of deleting files up? Ok probably it could works also if i set my time manualy back in time, but thats not an modern solution PS C:\Program Files\Windows Defender> .\MpCmdRun.exe -Restore -All D:\restore_stuff\ThreatName =
