Windows 10: Windows defender actions recommended but completely unresponsive...

Hello everybody,Since a few month I had an annoying issue. I am on windows 11 home version 23H2. The windows defender icon in the taskbar is constanly yellow, when I go over it tells me that there are recommended actions. But when I click on the icon, either left or right click, nothing happens, it won't open. The same happens if I try to access through settings -> privacy & security -> windows security, the setting windows just freezes and all I can do is close it.I thought updates would fix this so I waited for a few months, it actually gets fixed after updates, but then the issue

Windows Defender, Actions recommended

For two days now I've had the actions recommended on windows defender highlighted. Everything is green in the security details, and I am given no suggestions on what to do to get rid of it. What do I do?

 

Windows Defender Firewall - unresponsive




All of the following are unresponsive to clicks (I click and nothing happens):

• Use recommended settings
• What are the recommended settings?
• Turn Windows Defender on or off
• Restore defaults
• Advanced settings

Any ideas?

 

Windows Defender shows actions recommended but no actions listed

hi All,

Windows Defender shows actions recommended but no actions listed when I click it, it shows a exclamation mark inside yellow triangle, but security dashboard is all green. Not sure why Windows defender keeps showing yellow exclamation when there is nothing
to worry about regarding security.

Any help to identify the issue appreciated, or if someone confirms it's a bug then happy to ignore it till its fixed.
