Windows 10: Windows Defender blank page

I cant open my windows defender antivirus application it says only Security at a glance and its the blank page i can only go to the settings page which there are not many options i can do. I think my windows defender program is corrupted how can i fix it i have updated my windows aswell but the same i cant scan my pc i need to install a third party antivirus to scan. Also i checked the services tab to see and i noticed that there wasnt a service called Windows Defender Antivirus Service only the network one which i cant get to start it. I searched the google and i didn't find anything helpful.

Let me suggest that you run the Network Troubleshooter. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key
• Search for Control Panel
• Search for Troubleshooting
• Click Network & Internet
• Select Internet Connections
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check if the issue persist.

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Method 1:

I suggest you clear the
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

• 
  Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Edge.
  
• 
  Select Settings and click on
  Choose what to clear.
  

Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
and click on Clear.

Method 2:

If you are using any Proxy connection, then try disabling the proxy connection and check.

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

            Click the Settings icon at the top right corner in internet explorer.

            Click the Tools
            button, and then click Internet Options.
            
          • 
            Click the Connections tab, and then click
            LAN settings.

            Now check the issue by opening Edge.
