Windows 10: Windows defender block my games from using save files

Discus and support Windows defender block my games from using save files in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I got legit games and every time i turn them on i got notification that my defender block them from using save files.     I got legit games and every time i turn them on i got notification that my defender block them from using save files. So every time i need to put them on no blocking defender settings. Is there a way to stop it instead of doing the same process with every new game?

    Windows Defender Blocks Game from writing to User file.

    After the most recent upgrade to Windows 10, Defender blocks the game CNC3 from writing to the user file. CNC3 wants to store data there as to game state and levels. When I disable Defender the game works fine. I tried a few changes in permissions
    but apparently they did not work. CNC3 has been working for over a year on this machine with Windows 10.

    Thoughts? Suggestions?

    When I want to save excel files Windows Defender blocks the file and message is that file path not known and unauthorised controlled folder

    Saves log files ?

    You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
