Windows 10: Windows Defender broken on Windows 11 and won't open

As the title states, I've been having problems opening Windows Defender.Initially, when I had Windows in my native language, I couldn't really even find the app by search means.Having switched Windows to English, I've been able to find it by regular search but trying to open the program leads to same problems that I had before can be seen in the attached picture.It just feels as if the program doesn't even exist, because I am unable to find it in Microsoft Store as well.I have only just recently bought the new laptop and immediately had Windows upgrade from 10 to 11. I had become used to Win

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Windows Defender Released

Microsoft has also announced that customers will each be allowed to report two support incidents for free with Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
