    Windows Defender cannot remove Trojan:Win32/Malgent


    Windows Defender foiund Trojan:Win32/Malgent. As it advises, `action is needed', I have chosen to `remove' it, however the same message still appears. I have also chosen to quarantine it, but still, the `action is needed' message still appears. I have tried Norton Power Eraser, Kapersky, Hitman Pro and AVG remover. They have found nothing and the `action is needed' message remains. I have also tried the Autoruns app, however Autoruns is useless since it instructs you to look for the virus among the results. The whole point of a virus is that `only' an antivirus can find and deal with it. If yo

    defender doesn't allow me to either quarantine or remove Trojan: Win32/Xadupi

    How to remove Trojan: Win32\Dorv.Flrfn

    Windows Defender detected Trojan: Win32\Dorv.Flrfn buried deep in an external hard drive. An error message appeared. I don't think the trojan was purged. I think a manual removal was recommended. How do I do this or is there another way to remove it?

    Windows Defender cannot remove Trojan:Win32/Malgent

    Trojan- Win32/Dynamertic

    I am trying to get rid of a Trojan called
    win32/Dynamertic and windows defender detects the Trojan but is not able to remove it. Half way through the removal the PC just hangs and I have to go into Task Manger and close defender down. Tried on line and off line to remove the
    virus but no luck. Today was my fourth try.

    Is there a solution to getting rid of this Trojan???
