    Windows Defender detects a threads, but I can't do anything about it???


    Hello, I just turned on the PC and immediately received a message that a threat was found on my PC. When I then went to Windows Defender and clicked on "Remove threat", nothing happened. This message comes up every few minutes and every time I try to remove the threat, it is gone again. I am extremely afraid that my passwords from my accounts may now be gone. What to do? I'm right now doing a full scan in Windows Defender and it seems to have found something already, but it kinda still does nothing. Is there anything I can do now to completely reinstall Windows? So that everything is gone exc
