I've tried everything on the forums such as downloading the securityhealthsetup and running as an administrator but it doesn't workI've tried with deleting stuff from the registry, nothing worksHere is my FRST and Addition .txt after running a scan uploaded to onedriveDefender

There is no evidence of active malware in your system. A KMS program seems to have been installed and later removed.

Step 1:

• Download FixList.txt
  
• Make sure FRST64.exe and FixList.txt are in the same folder.
  
• Launch FRST64.exe and click "Fix".
  
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
  

Step 2:

Please complete the steps listed under the section "Step 2: Repair/Restore the Windows Defender Service" in this article. Note: you need to import the REG file as TrustedInstaller, as described in the article.

Step 3:

Reinstall the Windows Security app using the appx installer file from here.

Let’s try a couple of steps and see if we can fix the issue.



Method 1: Check in built-in administrator

1. Press Windows + S key together to open Search.
2. Now type CMD and select Run as administrator.
3. Accept the UAC prompts.
4. Type in the following commands one by one and hit Enter: net user administrator /active:yes

Method 2: Run Windows Defender Offline



Try running Windows Defender Offline and see if that helps. Refer the section Microsoft Defender Offline Scan from the article

Method 3: In-place upgrade



Try performing a repair installation. This will repair all the corrupted files and services on the system. You can refer the article

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
