Windows 10: Windows Defender Files Recovery

I recently deleted the Windows Defender Files and had made a large mistake in doing so. If someone could guide me to repair or recover the files in order to get my PC working again I would be extremely grateful. I've used trouble shooters to fix what I could but that didn't help very much.

All files on Downloads folder gone after updating windows defender

I suggest you to follow the below steps to recover the deleted files in Windows Defender and check if it helps.

• In the search box type as ‘Windows Defender’ and click on it.
• Under the tab ‘History’ select the option ‘Quarantined items’.
• Click on ‘View Details’ and check if any files are available.
• If the files are present then click on the file and click on ‘Restore’.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
