Windows 10: Windows Defender freezing after start and fixed after restart

Hello, My windows 11 Windows Defender keeps freezing after start and a warning symbol appears on the taskbar icon, I restart the laptop and it works thereafter. The only info I can find is under Defender protection history where I find 3 unwanted apps. I have both quarantined and removed them but they reappear. I have also removed the file where they were. Defender keeps saying the same thing every time I start the laptop and I would like to know if anyone has had any similar issues and how to get it to work properly. It says "Detected: PUADlManager:Win32/ExpressDownloader" Thanks in advance
