Windows 10: Windows Defender Incapaz de excluir trojan - Tool:AndroidOS/ZkarletFlash

O windows defender detectou no meu computador o Tool:AndroidOS/ZkarletFlash, objeto malicioso que está com status ativo. Já tentei restaurar o PC e excluir por meio do windows defender, sem sucesso. Tentei também utilizar a ferramenta de remoção de malware da microsoft e o malwarebytes, também sem sucesso.As configurações do windows defender e do firewall chegaram a ficar completamente desconfiguradas por conta própria me impedindo de alterar.O que fazer? Até o momento o mesmo segue ativo e o computador, topo de linha com um desempenho horrendo, travando muito e muito lento.

a trojan via the official MediaCreationTool tool is that possible ?

I'm on Windows 10 Pro x64, and this happened to me too. First happened while using the Media Creation Tool to create an x86 USB installer for other computers. Just as the tool was halfway thru writing the installation files to the USB drive, Defender popped
up. Exact same Trojan (Win32/Peals.A!plock), exact same location (inside the AppData\Local\Temp folder). Only difference is that Defender showed an error under it's History tab saying that the file could not be located. I couldn't find it manually either,
and Malwarebytes Premium found nothing either on my PC or the finished USB drive (nor did Malwarebytes catch anything at the time Media Creation Tool was running).

So far I've seen at least one other person in a Neowin forum post with the same issue:

Scroll over halfway down the page and you'll see it, since they posted a screenshot of Defender as proof. The only difference is that their Defender lists the Trojan as Win32/Anaki.B!plock instead of Win32/Peals.A!plock. The first reply to that post assumes
that it must be a false positive. If true, seems stupid that Microsoft's own Defender is flagging parts of their latest Windows 10 installation files as a Trojan.
