    Windows Defender Inop for Windows 11...no end in sight


    tried most if not all the "answers" to resuscitate Windows Defender on my laptop, running latest and greatest Win 11 release, it is an unmitigated disaster. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. PowerShell, repair, reset etc, etc, = no effect.

    Configure the 'Block at First Sight' feature?

    Windows Defender has this feature called Block at First Sight.
    Does this need to be set in Group Policy or could it be set in the Windows Defender Security GUI app?
    If so, please explain the steps.

    I know I have the Cloud protection enabled in the Defender app, but I don't see Block at First Sight setting.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
