Windows 10: Windows Defender is blocking clients from accessing my website through Kajabi. It is...

I'm having an issue with only certain clients that have Samsung phones or have Windows Defender. It blocks them from accessing my website with Kajabi. It gives them a security warning. Sometimes turning the wifi off will fix it, but not always. I have to ask them to clear their cache. I have been assured by. Kajabi that my site is secure. How do I message Windows Defender to clear this warning?

Block access to the website even through client

I am using "Always block these" in Web browsing in the family control (as shown here) to block some websites.

It works well however if the website has a client installed in the computer it is not blocked.

For example in
this website, if the client is installed in the computer then the game can be played via the client.
Is there a way to block access to the webhost even through client.

Thank you for the reply.
I tried all of your suggestions but non of them worked.

I should mention that the game client that I meant in my question is not installed via Windows Store. It was installed the classical way. The windows 10 in the computer is not Tablet mode.
I found some apps are blocked when I first set the family restriction although I did not set them to be blocked:





Is there a way to add to this list? Maybe that would help.

 

Windows Defender is blocking too much saying it viruses

Based on the screenshot that you've provided, Controlled Folder Access is turned on, blocking most apps that you're using. We suggest that you turn it off to allow blocked apps in Windows Defender. Follow the steps below:

• Select Start > Settings.
• Choose Update & security > Windows Defender.
• Select Open Windows Defender Security Center.
• Select Virus & threat protection, and then choose Virus & threat protection settings.
• Under Controlled folder access, turn it on or off.
• Once done, try accessing the apps and see if you can now access them.
