Windows 10: Windows Defender is not able to remove a threat found after a full system scan, Please help?

I have done every possible way of getting rid of these scan results, which seem to be malware. I have tried to get the file path but I couldn't find where it is located, I also tried the Powershell script "Get-MpThreat" to get the file path but there seems to be no information provided there.I also saw another discussion post stating to select the "Scan option" under "current threats" in Windows Security then select Offline Scan option and "Scan now" which eventually scans the system after a restart and during the boot session but after its finished and system is back up again the threats fo

WINDOWS DEFENDER IS NOT REMOVING THREATS

I'm having a problem with Windows Defender the threats found after I ran a full scan that last maybe around 10 hours cannot be removed by windows defender. I selected the remove option and it shows processing but after a while
the threats are still listed and active. I already ran a offline scan and a quick scan but neither fix the problem.

I already ran a secure boot and see if third-party apps are causing the problem but nothing works the threats are still listed and active. I checked the location of the file and manually deleted it even on my recycle bin but
the threats are still there and labeled as active. This very annoying. I think this is an error in the windows defender part because I installed Malwarebytes and ran a full scan which took a couple of hours and found nothing because like I've said I have deleted
the file location where the threats are.

 

Windows Security not removing threats, offline scan not working

Today I got a security alert from my Internet provider notifying me of an IP reputation attack. Finding this suspicious, I immediately ran a full scan using Windows Defender and found a handful of exploits and a TrojanDropper have somehow gotten onto my
device. Windows Defender tells me every threat on my device is "severe."

I've tried using the "take action" button multiple times. It runs for multiple hours on end without removing the threats. A few times its even given me an error, prompting me to restart the action.

Frustrated with this, I took the forums and found a lot of people suggesting an offline scan with Windows Defender.

I attempted this, but when I do, nothing happens. It warns me that my device will restart, I hit okay. Windows asks for permission to run it, I grant the permission. Nothing.

I've also tried running the Windows Defender Offline scan from the powershell, but I get a permission denied error even though I'm the administrator on my device.

Both my system and Windows Defender are up to date. I do not have any third party antivirus installed on my device, nor have I ever had any third party antivirus installed on my device.

I find this incredibly frustrating and am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what my next step should be in removing these threats from my system.

Thanks for providing the link and trying to help me but it doesn't do the job. I ran the safety scanner for a full scan and it took almost 10 hours and didn't find any threats, but the list on windows defender about threats is still there and it shows active.
I don't know if that's a bug or what I'm done doing a clean boot and restart my computer after the safety scanner finished scanning but the threats are still listed there. Very annoying.

I'm thinking of removing it manually but I don't know-how. I tried to remove it by cleaning the log files where it stores the protection history but I think the listed threats were stored in another location.
