Windows 10: windows defender issue

hello so i downloaded a dcontrole defender control i disabled the windows defender with the app then i removed it from the pc now I'm having an issue that when i go to enable it it says that i cant it shows red X on the thing can anyone help please

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter

  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
