Windows 10: Windows defender issue

Dear All,please help me, I can't open windows defender always there is yellow tringle on it and when i clicked on it not open the app even from the start menu,Thanks in advance for your support and effort.

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
