Windows 10: Windows Defender Issues

I have issues related to Windows Defender stating "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access To Some Areas Of This App"

so I tried using commands gpedit.msc, gpupdate /force by seeing in internet but there I found that antispyware isn't available in my device

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
