Windows 10: Windows defender keeps on finding a virus every 10 seconds

hello. I need help with a virus. My windows defender keeps on detecting a new threat in like every 10 seconds or so. Turns out that every software .exe file in my PC is now a potential threat according to windows security and all the threats are severe.I tried to clean the virus using windows defender but I failed. I do not remember the message it was giving and I can't try cleaning the virus now since windows security is now freezing and crushes every time I open it.I tried to reset my windows 10 hoping the virus will go away but the virus came back I think through a slave harddrive.I just

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

You cannot uninstall/reinstall Defender – it’s part of the operating system.



Did you “Go to Security and Maintenance, look in 'Security' and see what program is listed under Virus Protection. Windows Defender will not be enabled and functioning properly if there is a program other than Windows Defender
listed” as suggested in my previous post? What program is listed?



Superantispyware sometimes interferes with Windows Defender.
