Windows 10: Windows Defender missing and NO Get-AppXPackage solution work.

I just freshly reset my OS to Windows11 for 3 times. Which all 3 times the Windows Defender same went missing. So here are 2 things that driving me to flip my table.I have been trying the Get-AppXPackage solution there are 2 of it, with restart of course countless time. It didn't work. It frustrated me further when it is mention on official that windows defender is now become microsoft defender.After installing microsoft defender, it ask me to subscribe, is it even OS default defender needed to pay?Ok, so i went to "See the Plan", it return me "Error 500". I found suggestion on MS forums that could work. Did you tried this?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
