Windows 10: Windows Defender - not block anything but just alert

Hi,I am trying to configure Windows Defender on a Machine not connected to the internet, high availability so that it only alerts via EventViewer\WindowsDefender\Oparational when found a threat but doesn't block, delete or quarantine it or otherwise makes the file unusable. I already changed the "default threat action" for all alert levels to 6 NoAction via the Powershell Commands:Set-MpPreference -UnknownThreatDefaultAction NoAction -verbose Set-MpPreference -LowThreatDefaultAction NoAction -verbose Set-MpPreference -ModerateThreatDefaultAction NoAction -verbose Set-MpPreference -Hig

Unable to Remove Exclusions from Windows Defender

Windows Defender is blocking too much saying it viruses

Based on the screenshot that you've provided, Controlled Folder Access is turned on, blocking most apps that you're using. We suggest that you turn it off to allow blocked apps in Windows Defender. Follow the steps below:

• Select Start > Settings.
• Choose Update & security > Windows Defender.
• Select Open Windows Defender Security Center.
• Select Virus & threat protection, and then choose Virus & threat protection settings.
• Under Controlled folder access, turn it on or off.
• Once done, try accessing the apps and see if you can now access them.
