Windows 10: Windows defender not opening.

I have recently done a fresh install of windows 11, and I have not been able to open windows defender.I have tried many fixes, from registry editing, from SFC to image restoration,The issue is this, whenever I try to open up windows defender from the settings, it causes the settings tab to freeze. I can not click anything, nothing responds other than the x for closing the tab. If I open up windows defender from the search bar, it opens up but is stuck on the blue shield, and after a minute closes. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.SFC shows no file errors. I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

This issue might occur if you have set any task scheduler for Windows Defender.

I suggest you to delete the task for Windows defender and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Search and open Schedule tasks.
  
• 
  In the left-hand menu, open the Task Scheduler Library, then select
  Microsoft >Windows >Windows Defender.
  
• 
  Double-click Windows Defender Scheduled Scan.
  
• 
  Select the Triggers panel, then select Delete.
