Windows 10: Windows Defender not working nor being active and Windows update not working

Hi,

I've noticed that Win.Defender is not set as default antivirus pic.1-2I was checking the forums and found some articles but none of them helped..

So I was digging in services and didn't even found windows defender in there, I found only security centrum but I was unable to restart it as one article was suggestingpic.3-5 I did run cmd and run sfc /scannow and [COLOR=rgba30, 30, 30, 1]DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth,[/COLOR] everything seemed good, I did check the dll files and there was missing:

wuaueng.dll

wucltui.dll

initpki.dll

wuweb.dll

I ran malwarebytes and it didn't found anything.

I was trying to check windows updates and then control panel suddenly closes , after I turn it back on it says that there was an error durring instalation of updatepic.6

I don't know what to do please help

SEtting up automatic updates for windows defender on windows 8

I have found this on the internet en have set up a task for automatic definitions update for Windows Defender but a window pops up when this starts to run.
Is there a way to set this without any window popping up so that it just runs in the background?

Now I'm using
"C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -SignatureUpdate -MMPC

Why won't Windows Defender not auto update anymore

I have have windows updates set to notify updates , I will install myself, because I want to make a system restore point before installing updates.

Because of this windows defender does not update automatically and I had to create a task for updating in the task scheduler, which I did but it does not work anymore since I re-installed windows.
What am I doing wrong?
