Windows 10: Windows Defender Notification Error

I have another antivirus program installed in my system, and I tried quick scanning using the Windows defender. After the results, I click the notification in the action center because it found 1 threat. Now, I cannot recover the scan history because the result is not present in the protection history tab. The problem is after I clicked it saying that I have to contact my IT administrator. This PC is my personal computer and not part of any company or organization. I tried turning off my antivirus temporarily because it might conflict with the defender, but the issue is still present. Any ide

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  Open Settings.
  
• 
  Click on System and click on Notifications and Actions.
  
• 
  Under Show notifications for these apps turn off the setting for Windows defender.
