Windows 10: windows defender notification question

I have a question about windows defender. The windows defender icon on my task bar says that actions are recommended, but when I open windows defender it says that no actions are needed. I assume that windows defender might want me to do something that is recommended but not necessary.

I don't know what it wants me to do. The only things that I think it might be is 1: I am not signed into a Microsoft account so it might want me to do that, 2: I have AVG installed and there is an option to allow windows defender to periodically run scans, but I have that off, and 3: under the core isolation settings the memory integrity option is off. Is windows defender wanting me to do something with one or all of these? All I know is that the task bar icon says actions recommended but when I open windows defender it says no actions needed. Or by any chance is it something to do with AVG? I have AVG free. Does windows defender what me to get a paid version?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  Open Settings.
  
• 
  Click on System and click on Notifications and Actions.
  
• 
  Under Show notifications for these apps turn off the setting for Windows defender.
