Windows 10: Windows defender off ?

Discus and support Windows defender off ? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I use the feed back often. I don't use my name so I really don't know how one looks up others feedback. It pretty well matches my desires and dislikes...     No problem I removed win-10 and went ahead and re-install 7 it was time for a fresh/ clean install,
    I'll wait for the next build to look at 10 again and play the feedback game again,
