Windows 10: Windows Defender offline can't be started dialog

I THOUGHT I would try creating a WIndows Defender 64-bit USB and then of course try running it.The creation process went okay.But when I boot from the USB, I recieve the following dialog.My laptopWindows 10 Version 21H2 OS Build 19044.1682 Memory - 16 gB Hard drive - 1 Tb 569 Gb free spaceMy machine works perfectly in every way excepy for this issue.I ran the SFC routines without errors.I use a Macrium Reflect recovery USB pretty often for various reasons qithout issue.So, I'm fairly familiar with the procedure to boot from a USB.To create the boot USB I did this .........I go here ht

Windows Defender Offline for Windows 10

Tried this suggestion and it did not work. Tried to boot from USB with Windows Defender Offline transferred from a safe computer. Would not boot from USB. Message "Secure Boot Violation, Invalid Signature Detected, Check secure boot policy in Setup"
Any suggestions on next steps for a Windows 10 compatible version of Windows Defender Offline?

To further assist you with your concern with Windows Defender, follow the steps below:

• Open the Run window by pressing Window + R button.
• Then type services.msc and hit "Enter".
  
• Look for Windows defender service in the list and right click on it and select start.
• Once Windows defender is opened try to do the offline scan on that window.

Let us know how it goes.
