Windows 10: Windows Defender Order

I received an email yesterday entitled Windows Defender Order stating that there is a yearly subscription with auto pay enabled for Defender Premium protection plus product at a cost of $399.00. They gave a phone number of 845-285-2088 and when I asked what this is she said it is protection for your computer. I told her I did not have this product on my computer and that they did not have the authority to auto pay anything. She said if I wanted to unsubscribe to the service I would need to do it on my computer, which is not what the email states. Anyway, when I asked for a supervisor, sh

Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full
