Windows Defender Reported TrojanDownloader:JS/Nemucod but Can't Action it

My Windows Defender detected a threat named TrojanDownloader:JS/Nemucod. I tried to take action - quarantine and remove but nothing worked. I then deleted all discord files and uninstalled the program, restarted my computer, and windows is still telling me the threat is there. I checked the identified file path - and because I had already deleted all discord app files, there was none. I have since reinstalled discord and checked the file path, removing the one stated below. Prior to this, my discord did flag as being corrupted since uninstalling and reinstalling I've had no issues or messages

    :)

how do I remove of a virus detected by defender?

on Saturday 3/31/'18, defender scanned and found a trojandownloader JS jesdow B!url on my PC. The security center suggested trying defender offline. I can not find access defender offline after following directions. At 'settings' "detected items' and 'details'
not found. Still need help to run

    offline.

On Saturday night of 3/31/18, I ran Super Spyware and Malwarebytes and both scans found 'no threats' So I ran Defender again, that time it reported the threat has bee successfully. What is goig on?

How to run Defender in safe mode - W11

    Hi Janne.

Defender and that tool I linked to can remove JS/Nemucod, it was removed yesterday

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/threats/ma...

Something is regenerating that malware, usually some software installed on your PC, or a link you are clicking... etc.

Download the free version of Malwarebytes, run a full scan with that and see what that finds on your system,
