Windows 10: WIndows Defender saying i cannot access it. I.e Page not available due to IT administrator...

Hi,I just reset my personal laptop and I tried going into windows defender. The program does not load and when I try to scan a program it says that the page is not available and I should contact an IT administrator. This is my own laptop and I've logged in with my personal email so I do not get why it is saying thisI did not have this error before & and i did sfc /scannow and updated it but still nothing worked.https://ibb.co/DLH15ww Laptop specshttps://ibb.co/grdkBdR Error

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

You need to set GPO settings to Not Configured, that could hide the sections of Windows Defender:
