    I received a scam email concerning Windows Defender Protection this morning which I did not call phone number listed. Just wanted to advise you of this email.

    Windows Defender Scam?

    That was definitely not any official Microsoft support. That's a so called Tech Support Scam.

    Inform your bank, change passwords, remove remote access etc etc.

    > Protect yourself from tech support scams especially What to do if a tech support scammer already has your info

    > Getting help if you have been scammed
