Windows 10: Windows defender scan found a trojan titled Trojan:XML/Phish.J!eml

Discus and support Windows defender scan found a trojan titled Trojan:XML/Phish.J!eml in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I removed the file but I realized why does windows 10 save my email attachments on my local computer?     Windows defender scan found a trojan titled Trojan:XML/Phish.J!eml


    I removed the file but I realized why does windows 10 save my email attachments on my local computer? And also how can I disable that feature?


    Also considering this happened does this mean that a hacker can send me an email with a virus and I could get the virus without ever opening the email?

    Remove a Trojan using Windows Defender.

    Yesterday I've downloaded a game but I got a Trojan, sometimes like every 3 hours Windows defender send a notification of it, an "enemy" so It removes the Trojan but the virus comes again, thanks for help
