Windows 10: Windows defender screen page issue

Dear MS TeamGreetings!!For the past 2 days, I have been facing the issue of seeing NO ACTIVE Antivirus Provider on Windows Defender.Real-Time Protection page is also not seen. Troubleshooter also does not show any option to scan or troubleshoot.Not able to repair or reinstall windows defender.

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.

There are several issues here:
1) In the Manufacturer: section, you list ATI - a company that does not exist since 2006 (brand does not exist since 2010).
Please change that to AMD, or at least ATI/AMD (or AMD/ATI?).

2) In the Bus Interface: section, an important kind of interface is missing - AGP. Please add it.

* Windows 7 is missing.
