Windows 10: Windows Defender Security Intelligence "Unverified" and "Not published by Microsoft"

A customer was having trouble with our application installer. Windows Security was not permitting it to create folders we need. But only one one customer PC. I stumbled across Windows Defender Security Intelligence which supposedly can help with this.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission Then I clicked "Enterprise Customer" and "Continue"I received the popup warning about "Any data provided by or on behalf of you to the Microsoft Security Intelligence submission portal “MSI” will be treated as set forth in the OST" etc etc. I then clicked "Accept" and it took me to the

Hello,

Windows update give me the following error: "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.323.1916.0) - Error 0x80010108". I have tried some suggestions (see

here) for the same error but different version of the update, but it didn't help.

Any help?
