Windows 10: windows defender sorry we ran into unexpected error please try again later

hi im having problems with windows defender, im not able to restart the service ive tried setting disableantispyware value to 0 but still the problem didnt resolve

I haven't installed any antivirus. I have installed foxitPDF. Then the sceen shows somthing coping into my local c drive. Then the problem happens. "Threat service has stopped. Restart it now." When I click "Restart now". It shows "Unexpected error. Sorry,
we run into a problem. Please try again." Help me someone. How can I fix this ASAP..
