Windows 10: windows defender TI

hola buen día, hace poco reinicie mi portátil para liberar algo de espacio, cuando estaba organizando todo lo de la pc, no me dejaba entrar al Windows defender, por un problema el administrador de TI ha limitado el acceso a algunas áreas de esta aplicación ya intente todas las posibles soluciones que hay en foros o en videos de YouTube, como entrar al modo seguro y colocar unos códigos con el cmd reseteando nuevamente la pc descargando un .exe que faltaba entrando a la carpeta de Windows defender etc. etc. etc. luego de todas las soluciones que hay por la red ninguna me funciono, me gustaria

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Let us know the result.

For Microsoft Defender Firewall, you need to run the following command from the TI Command Prompt:

• sc.exe config mpssvc start= auto
  

 

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.
