Windows 10: Windows Defender Updates

Just got Version 1.221.334.0 dated 5/22/16 at 4:22 AM so things seem to be back in order.

 

I think it's safe to say whatever was causing the delayed updates has been solved now. Latest version on my machine is 5/22/16, 5:11 AM, 1.221.336.0

 

Defender is back to normal. Full scan negative. System Information (05-22-'16):

Is there a known reason why Defender server did not work for more then 48 hours?

 

I have not seen anything why MSE or Defender had that delay.

 

The bug is back: Can not get updates (frozen). Wu or directly from Defender app.
Edit: It took about 15 minutes to get the update.

They've been coming & going for me on XP & Vista (My Win 7 boxes are not currently in use; they've had the most trouble of all with Win updates in general.)

 

I didn't even know that they still updated Windows XP and Vista.

 

They stopped XP MSE ud's for about 2 weeks in April, & then resumed. Defender/MSE/ & office 2007 & newer are the only XP updates I'm aware of
