windows defender virus scan fails with Page not available your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this appI just upgraded to Windows 11 and I cannot stop thinking why as there are only 3 things I have noticed so far1- task bar centred which is just off and not intuitive when I typically fill the bar sometimes with 2 rows2 - context menus are cryptic and complex and I am not seeing an improvement, the icons are too small to be clearly understood except cut and bin3 - I get this absolutely bizarre message indicating I cannot virus scan a file and I do not have access to my comp

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

You need to set GPO settings to Not Configured, that could hide the sections of Windows Defender:

How to scan anti-virus with windows Defender?

For windows 10, I would like to know on how to scan anti-virus with windows Defender, when I select a file and right click, there is no anti-virus for scanning for windows defender and how to make windows defender update automatically?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
