Windows 10: Windows Defender Web Protection

Look This Windows Defender Web Protection is not turned on. Its say No providers, so my question is if web protection can turn on So tell me how to turn on it.

Windows defender real time protection cant be turned on.

Go to Security and Maintenance, look in 'Security' and see what program is listed under Virus Protection. Windows Defender will not be enabled and functioning properly if there is a program other than Windows Defender listed.

You tried all suggestions in my previous post and Windows Defender “real time protection”
still will not turn on?

We suggest that you try restarting Windows Defender service and check if issue is resolved. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X key and type services.msc,
  hit enter.
• Search Windows Defender Service.:1)Windows Defender Service ; 2)
  Windows Defender Network.
• Right click on each and press Start.
• Restart your computer and check if issue persist.
