Windows 10: Windows Defender wont open!

My OS is Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2When I click on "Settings>Privacy & security>Windows Security>Open Windows Security" It won't open and prompts a dialogue box "You'll need a new app to open windowsdefender link" and suggests looking for an app in Microsoft store. But Microsoft store says no app found for "windowsdefender"the words windows and defender are written as a single word.And the same happens If I click on any of the 7 links in the list on the left side.

Defender wont open 0x800106ba


First hello im new here.
I searched all the forum but couldnt find answer.
I have a problem about windows defender(0x800106ba)



(it says something about defender service bla bla bla restart pc..and i checked the service)
(Also i dont use another AV utility)



I try to run windefend service again but nothing happens.
And i cant do anything on my Windows defender page on settings:

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

This issue might occur if you have set any task scheduler for Windows Defender.

I suggest you to delete the task for Windows defender and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Search and open Schedule tasks.
  
• 
  In the left-hand menu, open the Task Scheduler Library, then select
  Microsoft >Windows >Windows Defender.
  
• 
  Double-click Windows Defender Scheduled Scan.
  
• 
  Select the Triggers panel, then select Delete.
