Windows 10: Windows defender won't remove Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AA86

Hi, yesterday I downloaded a program to download from MEGA without limits, right after I clicked it my Windows Defender deleted it and notified my that there was Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AA86 in that file, then i did press Quarentine and take actions and just a minute later the notification was still there and even after I deleted that file, I ran Microsoft Safety Scanner and it found nothing, I ran SpyHunter and found nothing too.I already checked in Task Manager for a strange process and found nothing, did the same on all my programs and still found nothing.I tried everything and only Window

Has Defender really removed Trojan: Win32/Xadupi ?

defender doesn't allow me to either quarantine or remove Trojan: Win32/Xadupi

 

How to remove Trojan: Win32\Dorv.Flrfn

Windows Defender detected Trojan: Win32\Dorv.Flrfn buried deep in an external hard drive. An error message appeared. I don't think the trojan was purged. I think a manual removal was recommended. How do I do this or is there another way to remove it?

 

Trojan- Win32/Dynamertic

I am trying to get rid of a Trojan called
win32/Dynamertic and windows defender detects the Trojan but is not able to remove it. Half way through the removal the PC just hangs and I have to go into Task Manger and close defender down. Tried on line and off line to remove the
virus but no luck. Today was my fourth try.

Is there a solution to getting rid of this Trojan???
