Windows 10: Windows Defender would get stuck at opening screen

Discus and support Windows Defender would get stuck at opening screen in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just upgraded from win 10 to 11.     Windows Defender would get stuck at opening screen


    I just upgraded from win 10 to 11. Then I tried opening Windows Defender but it got stuck at the opening screen them gave the error "windowsdefender://None" I looked to multiple posts ran powershell commands, downloaded and installed "Microsoft.SecHealthUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx" but none work.
