Windows 10: Windows Defender ?

So my Laptop LEGION Y540 was working fine and recently got its motherboard replaced and while rendering my work and while my pc was just booted but not logged in, I saw my CPU Fans going super crazy as if im playing a game on max settings. Also my render speeds got decreased and I decided to check windows defender, but guess what it didn't open and I decided to download Malwarebytes trial version and here you go, this really shooked me that windows promises security but this is whats going down, virus disables the windows defender and rigs the registry to disable notifications and do data mining.






And this is how windows defender looks now, absolutely empty

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.
