Windows 10: Windows Defender

When I open up Windows Defender It show me a blank screen which I attached a screenshot below & when I close Windows Defender and open up the search menu and look for ransomware protection and click on it said: Page not available Your IT administrator has limited access to some are of this app, and the item you tried to access it not available. Contant IT helpdesk for more information & when I go open up Virus & threat protection setting everything is turn off and it won't let me turn it on because the button is blackout & also it said this: This setting is managed by your administrator and I am the only administrator on this account. I use Windows 10 Home and I had attached screenshot of the error message below.

Windows Defender problem

Hi Ernst,

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.

Let us know the result.

Installing Apps on Windows 10 Has Windows Defender Finding Malware

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
