Windows 10: Windows Defender

Discus and support Windows Defender in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; On my Windows Defender, it could detect likely 2 harmful files or something, the one below was removed and I could choose the action whether to restore...     Windows Defender


    On my Windows Defender, it could detect likely 2 harmful files or something, the one below was removed and I could choose the action whether to restore or remove it, then I simply pressed "Remove", but the one above which is my problem here, I just press on Action and the only thing for me to choose it to ALLOW, I really can't understand what shall that order from me mean whether to let that harmful file stay on my pc or it has already been removed and shall mean nothing or whatever, I really understand nothing or what to do right now tbh.
