Windows 10: Windows deleted icons from desktop, cant access or open programs

Hello windows community, interesting thing happened an hour ago, most of my icons disappeared from desktop and I see them in add or remove programs, but not in search and I cannot open them. Nobody uninstalled them or touched them.There is not even paint program in search, I cannot access or open it,How is that even possible, can someone help me recover it or explain what happened, thank you.On picture one there were 10 shortcuts, on second pick every folder I go into there are no apps anymore.

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

I can only suggest that you
1 Add a list of steps you have already taken.
2 Add a comment about restarting the computer. Do the deleted icons disappear then?
2 Add a comment explaining if any Desktop items do delete correctly and whether or not there are any significant differences between those that do delete correctly and those that don't.
3 Add a list of any OS tweaks you have done & any third-party OS-related utilities you have run.

I assume you have already reinstalled your display driver.

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.
